New York State Police troopers transferred a 911 to the North Castle Police Department shortly after 10:45 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 10, where there was a woman on the line coughing and a man heavily slurring his words.
Police in North Castle said they were unable to get a location of the listed parties or the nature of the call before being disconnected. Officers went on to conduct a longitude and latitude search to determine that the two had been calling from a Niles Avenue property.
Officers responded to the scene and found that there was a party going on. The homeowner was at the scene and police issued several alcoholic beverage control citations before breaking up the party and leaving the scene.
